DIEPPE, NEW BRUNSWICK, OCTOBER 2, 2026 — Expansion Dieppe and Adelin Properties held an official groundbreaking ceremony today to mark the launch of Place Aviation, a new 50,000-square-foot industrial development on Aviation Avenue in the Dieppe Industrial Park.

The event also marks Adelin Properties’ official acquisition of a five-acre site from Expansion Dieppe. With direct visibility from Route 15 and convenient access to the Trans-Canada Highway, this strategic location offers a favourable environment for businesses looking to establish or expand their operations in the region.

Construction is now underway. The multi-tenant industrial building, which will be divided into four units, is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy by the end of 2027.

Two respected Atlantic Canadian companies, Outcape and Acadian Construction (1991) Ltd., have already committed to Place Aviation as cornerstone tenants. Approximately 20,000 square feet remains available for lease, with spaces available to accommodate requirements ranging from 10,000 to 20,000 square feet.

Energy efficiency that delivers savings

Place Aviation has been designed to achieve energy performance approximately 35% better than the requirements of the National Energy Code for Buildings – Canada 2025. Its performance will be supported by a high-insulation, airtight building envelope, as well as energy-efficient heating, ventilation and electrical equipment.

Electric vehicle charging stations will also be incorporated into the project to meet the needs of businesses seeking modern, functional and more sustainable space. These features will help reduce energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions while supporting long-term operational efficiency.
