Expansion Dieppe Highlights the Official Opening of Rally House Pickleball

Dieppe (New Brunswick), September 28, 2026 — Expansion Dieppe is proud to have participated in the official opening of Rally House Pickleball on Monday, September 28, during a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by the business team, partners, and community representatives. This opening marks the successful completion of a project that Expansion Dieppe has supported from the very beginning, particularly with regard to the acquisition of land and the establishment of the business in Dieppe.
Located at 102 Englehart Street, Rally House Pickleball is a 28,000-square-foot facility representing an investment of $7.5 million. The project, co-owned by Jérémie Bourque and Sean Broderick, has created 15 jobs in the community.
The facility features 10 professional-level indoor pickleball courts and offers an experience that goes beyond the game. Members and guests will also have access to a training room, a pro shop, a sauna, a cold plunge pool, food and beverage options, and an event space. Rally House Pickleball will also offer open play sessions, lessons, and workshops for players of all skill levels.
With its professional-calibre facilities, Rally House Pickleball is positioned to become a premier destination in Atlantic Canada and will be able to host high-level tournaments, including competitions of national scope.
“Our goal is to create much more than just a place to play pickleball,” explains Jérémie Bourque, co-owner of Rally House Pickleball. “We want to build a true community: a welcoming place where people can get active, push themselves, recharge, and build connections. Whether people come to play, train, relax, or simply spend time with others, we want Rally House to become a gathering place for Dieppe and the entire region.”
Expansion Dieppe plays an active role in supporting businesses and real estate developers looking to establish themselves, invest, and grow in Dieppe. The organization supports them in carrying out and enhancing their projects by helping them identify prime locations and strategic business opportunities, access relevant market data, and benefit from strategic advice. Through its support and expertise, Expansion Dieppe contributes to the realization of projects that promote the city’s economic development and vitality.
“The opening of Rally House Pickleball demonstrates Dieppe’s ability to host innovative projects that meet the needs of our community and our region,” said Jean Goguen, Executive Director of Expansion Dieppe. “Expansion Dieppe is pleased to have supported the team in bringing this project to fruition, which enriches both our recreational offerings and our commercial landscape.”
