Dieppe, N.B., June 6, 2025 – The 2025 edition of the Expansion Dieppe Banquet, held on Wednesday, June 5 at Dieppe’s UNIplex, once again brought together the business community for an unforgettable evening under the theme “Our Businesses. Our Pride!” More than 330 guests attended this annual celebration of Dieppe’s entrepreneurial vitality, a well-established tradition for over two decades.

The evening opened with a spectacular ambiance thanks to an exclusive artistic performance by FUSION Productions, presented in a transformed and enchanting UNI surface space. The festive and elegant atmosphere perfectly highlighted the businesses honored throughout the evening.

The event was expertly co-hosted by well-known Acadian artist Izabelle (IZ) Ouellet—actress, singer-songwriter, and sharp-witted performer—and Adam Gould, also known as “The Heavyweight Voice,” a host recognized for his powerful voice and contagious energy. Their on-stage chemistry, charisma, and dynamic presence captivated the audience and gave the event a unique rhythm.

The awards ceremony recognized five inspiring businesses distinguished by their excellence, innovation, and community commitment:

Interior Visions received the Award for Business Excellence, celebrating the success of a well-established company experiencing sustained growth and making a positive impact in its field. Operating in the region for over 30 years, this local manufacturer has consistently adapted to market needs through strategic investments that maintain a high level of production and service. Specializing in custom manufacturing, the company stands out for its integrated approach: it measures, manufactures, and installs—ensuring quality control at every step of the process. Interior Visions embodies sustainable evolution, local expertise, and outstanding customer service.

The Award for Service Business Excellence was presented to TriForce, a leader in low-slope commercial roofing, waterproofing, and custom metal product manufacturing. Known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and precision, the company delivers sustainable, high-performance solutions that protect the integrity of commercial buildings while meeting modern construction standards. In a period of strong growth, TriForce is expanding its expertise to full building envelopes, offering energy-efficient and innovative solutions. Driven by strong values of quality, integrity, and teamwork, TriForce is a proud contributor to Dieppe’s economic vitality—building stronger, smarter, and more sustainable structures, project by project.

The Emerging Business Award went to Café Inclusio, a young business with a deeply human mission: to provide employment opportunities for individuals with special needs while offering high-quality artisanal coffee and local products. Born from the initiative of three dedicated parents aiming to create a professional future for their sons and their friends with intellectual and developmental challenges, Café Inclusio represents a concrete vision of social inclusion. Set in a warm and historically rich space; la Maison Doiron, the business offers an authentic and welcoming experience. A beautiful example of inspiring entrepreneurship—where inclusion is savored, one cup at a time.

The public had their say! The people’s My Choice Award was given to FUSION Productions, a business that captured the audience’s hearts through the power of its art, its community engagement, and its bold vision. Since 2011, this company founded by Matt LeBlanc has produced immersive shows that awaken the senses, showcase regional artistic talent, and bring communities together through unforgettable experiences. With over 25,000 audience members and 1,200 artists involved in 28 large-scale productions, FUSION Productions continues to push the boundaries of creativity while providing real opportunities for emerging artists. This popular recognition highlights a journey marked by artistic excellence, passion, and a strong desire to expand their reach across the Maritimes and beyond.

The Distinction Award honors a nonprofit organization that makes an exceptional contribution to our community’s vibrancy and visibility. This year, the award was presented to BGC Dieppe, a local pillar for the past 50 years. The organization offers far more than a gathering place—it’s a true living environment for youth, combining educational programs, self-esteem support, nutritious meals, transportation services, and early childhood education. Adhering to national standards while remaining tailored to local realities, BGC Dieppe stands out for its diverse team and inclusive environment—open to all youth, not just those in vulnerable situations. With the support of dedicated volunteers, engaging activities, and a brand-new strategic plan, the organization embodies values of inclusion, solidarity, and community development. Our mayor, Mr. Yvon Lapierre, has supported its visibility by serving on its board of directors—where he once served as president. It was with great pride that we invited him to present this award to an organization so deeply rooted in Dieppe’s collective history.

During the evening, Expansion Dieppe also made a $3,000 donation to Place aux compétences, in support of youth entrepreneurship programs in Dieppe schools. This partnership helps spark entrepreneurial spirit from a young age, encouraging creativity and initiative in students.

About the Expansion Dieppe Banquet

Expansion Dieppe's mission is to work with entrepreneurs, developers, and strategic partners to foster a diversified economy that ensures sustained growth in Dieppe. In order to encourage this dynamic, it is essential to recognize the considerable contribution of businesses and business people to Dieppe's economic development.

Under the theme "Our businesses. Our Pride!", Expansion Dieppe holds its annual banquet, an event that brings together the business community, during which awards are given to deserving Dieppe entrepreneurs.

The following awards are presented to businesses with outstanding success: the Business Excellence Award, the Service Business Excellence Award, the Emerging Business Award, as well as the My Choice Award which is chosen by the public. Nominations are made by peers within the Dieppe business community. Originally known as the City of Dieppe Entrepreneurs' Banquet, this event was created in 2002. In 2019, the name changed to "Expansion Dieppe Banquet", and the event remains a celebration of Dieppe entrepreneurship.
