Dieppe (NB), February 4, 2025 - Expansion Dieppe invites the community to submit nominations for its annual Banquet, scheduled for June 5, 2025. This flagship event, which celebrates local entrepreneurship, is the perfect occasion to recognize businesses that stood out in 2024 and make our community proud.

The Expansion Dieppe Banquet has become a cornerstone event on the region’s business calendar. Each year, it honors the remarkable achievements of local businesses, highlighting their essential contributions to Dieppe’s economic vitality.

Four prestigious award categories are featured:

• Business Excellence Award: For a company excelling in the production or distribution of goods.
• Service Business Excellence Award: For a company providing exceptional services.
• Emerging Business Award: For a young business (established at least two years ago) demonstrating innovation and a promising future.
• My Choice Award : A special recognition voted on by the public, celebrating a business that has captured the community’s admiration and support.

The applications will be evaluated by a panel of experienced and renowned professionals tasked with selecting the finalists based on established criteria.

Originally known as the Dieppe Entrepreneurs' Banquet, this event was created in 2003. In 2019, its name changed to "Banquet Expansion Dieppe", and the event, which is still a celebration of Dieppe entrepreneurship, adopted the slogan "Our businesses. Our pride! The 20th anniversary of the event is celebrated in 2022, under a large tent. Starting in 2023, the event will take place at the UNIplex, the City of Dieppe's premier facility for accommodating large numbers of guests.
