Dieppe, NB – Expansion Dieppe announces the opening of nominations for its 19^th annual banquet which will be held on Wednesday, September 29^th, 2021.

Expansion Dieppe is proud to welcome, once again, Dieppe’s business community to the most coveted annual celebration in Dieppe. “This year more than ever, we want to celebrate the resilience of our businesses, not only with a message of hope, but also adding to the return of a strong economic recovery.” Said André Pelletier, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Expansion Dieppe.

It is planning time for Expansion Dieppe, which, being in the green phase, finally sees the opportunity to bring back its usual in-person banquet to celebrate the City of Dieppe’s entrepreneurship. In order to perpetuate the tradition this year, the Expansion Dieppe team has revisited the concept to make this 19^th edition possible, in a context that allows us to cautiously move towards the return to gatherings.

As you may recall, the 2020 edition of the banquet was held in a virtual setting. Nevertheless, Expansion Dieppe was able to present its annual awards namely: the Business Excellence Award to Malley Industries, the Service Business Excellence Award to Exit Realty, the Emerging Business Award to CAVOK and My Choice Award to Crèmerie Bennic.

From now until August 20th, for the 2021 edition, the business community is invited to nominate themselves or another deserving company in one of these categories online at: www.expansiondieppe.ca 

This September 29, Dieppe’s business community will gather for this celebration which will be hosted from a few neighboring venues. Celebrating together, guests will regain their seats over a delicious meal. Invited finalists, their colleagues and representatives from several Dieppe businesses will simultaneously participate and enjoy the entertainment from these three different locations: the Dieppe Arts and Culture Center (CACD), the Wingate Hotel and Atelier Tony.
